Make the next step clear.
Invoicing, scheduling, parts and renewals, organized around the way your team works in Service Fusion and QuickBooks Online.
Start with the real process. Find the handoffs creating extra work. Implement one useful improvement, verify it with your team, and build from there.

01Your request
Four workflows. Two systems you already run.
No new CRM, ledger or dispatch system. Four workflows, connected to the records you already keep, each with a clear owner.
Invoice ownership between the two systems is settled before anything writes to either.
02The workspace
Work that needs a decision.
One example job, a visit held for an unconfirmed part, runs through every screen.
Example records. Nothing connected.
03In build now · Client name withheld
I am building this right now for a steel fabricator.
STEELY is an operating system for a steel fabrication shop: from inquiry to quote, build board, shop capacity, truck schedule and delivery, with an assistant that answers from the shop's own records.
Same pattern as your workspace: decisions first, holds visible, evidence one click away, nothing sent without approval.
What I am doing there
- Discovery with the owner
- Recovered the sales pipeline
- Set the weekly measure: share of inquiries that move forward
- Designed 38 screens across office, shop and driver
- Running the build: AI builders, independent checker
| In the steel fabricator's system | In your workspace | |
|---|---|---|
| Today: the owner's decisions | → | Overview |
| Build board with holds | → | Scheduling: readiness and holds |
| Truck schedule: proposed vs confirmed | → | Scheduling: proposed windows |
| Delivery balance check | → | Invoicing: through to settlement |
| Customer updates drafted for review | → | Renewals: draft, approve, send |
| Ask STEELY, with sources | → | Evidence |

04How we work
Review. Recommend. Implement. Stabilize.
Read-only first. One workflow proven with your team before the next. No timeline or price is set before the review.
What AI does here
- Summarizes approved records
- Identifies missing inputs against an agreed checklist
- Drafts a renewal message for review
- Assembles a purchasing review packet
- Explains why a record is in the queue
What stays with your team
- Amounts, dates, identifiers and approvals, controlled by rules and verified records
- Parts compatibility, decided by a person from an approved source
- Contract interpretation and renewal terms
- Every order, message, booking and financial action
- Permission for anything to write to Service Fusion or QuickBooks Online
How we will know it works
Agreed before the first workflow goes live.
- Every queue item links to its source record and names the missing input.
- A changed scope or amount invalidates the prior approval.
- A failed write cannot display success; retries cannot duplicate an invoice or order.
- A pending part cannot silently become an available part or a confirmed visit.
- An invoice marked paid is distinct from verified bank or processor settlement.
- Missing agreement terms prevent a renewal from being presented as ready.
- No external message, order or customer commitment is made merely by viewing an AI recommendation.
- The team can explain the next step without needing to understand how the AI works.
05How I build
Error-catching by design.
Models make mistakes. This catches them before they reach you.
Walk the work with the people who do it.
Outcome and tests in writing. You sign off first.
Small units, shown early.
Nobody grades their own work.
Runbook and change log. Your team runs it.

06Range · Client names removed
Different industries. One method.
Learn the business, specify it, build in checked units, hand it over running.
Select a build for screens and details. Client names removed.
07After phase one · By agreement only
What it can grow into.
Not part of phase one. Available once the first workflow is working.
Brand and website
A finished identity and a site that brings in requests.
Business development pipelines
TRACE and Scope find suppliers, partners and accounts from sourced public records.
Continuous upgrade
New AI capability, tested before it reaches your team.
Working identity concept
Subject to your approval of the name and mark.
08Kingdom-based
Who you would be working with.
Faith and family come first, and they shape how I work: tell the truth early, steward other people's money well, and build things that last.
09Next step
A working session, not a reorganization.
Three real examples, walked with the people who handle them.
- One recent job, intake to payment
- One parts exception
- One agreement renewal
Then a recommendation you can hold me to.
A current-state process map, ranked friction points, the proposed first workflow, the access it needs and the test it has to pass.
Send a couple of times that work.
